Using Your Ticket
to Work
Under
federal legislation called the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement
Act (TWWIIA), the Social Security Administration is distributing vouchers
to SSI and/or SSDI beneficiaries.
The
vouchers or tickets can be given to private or public agencies authorized
by SSA, called Employment Networks. You can contact SSA or the program
manager
at Maximus, Inc. (866)968-7842 1-866-YOUR TICKET to
identify employment networks near you.
These
agencies are qualified to assist you, the beneficiary with the training,
counseling, and guidance to help you return to work.
AHEDD
